New V2.0 version of the X360 diaphragm intake manifold with 30mm Dellorto carburettor PHBH BD from Malossi. Fits all engine case variants of the large frame engines such as the Vespa Sprint, Rally, PX, Cosa.

Now with reduced clearance for engine cases with small sealing surface (T5 and PX80-150 with less than 60 millimeters sealing surface, measured between the holes for the carburetor mounting screws).

The newly added sealing surface inside the socket forms a strong flow edge, on housings with long sealing surface we recommend to mill the socket inside. Alternatively we recommend the intake manifold EVO1 from MMW.
As with all conversions to a diaphragm controlled intake, the original rotary valve control via crank web is omitted. Therefore, the engine case can and should be milled out (for optimal performance increase). Optionally, a crankshaft for diaphragm intake is recommended for a further increase in engine power.
