Cylinder -SIMONINI 250cc Ø72.8mm, fits Lambretta Killercase MMW engine case. The well-known MINI 2 Evo BigBore with original Simonini piston with 18 mm piston pin is machined to fit under the original cylinder cowling.
When delivered, the Simonini cylinders have a rather tight piston to bore running clearance, which leads to a rather long running-in period. We have this running clearance corrected to a dimension of 0.05 – 0.06 mm by the company A-Z Zweitakt-Power, which is more than renowned beyond motorsport. This means that the cylinder is fully throttle-proof after half a tank of fuel. (Of course, the carburettor and ignition setting needs to be correct.)
The concept of the Killercase is designed as an Über-Touring engine! Even with a 30 mm carb and our bgm Big Box Sport, the 30 hp mark at the rear wheel can be reached or exceeded.

Decompression bore for easy starting
Torque from idle
2 % oil mixture is sufficient, as the inlet is located above the crankshaft and the lower connecting rod bearing is already sufficiently lubricated
Unobtrusive, almost standard appearance, only visible under the side covers
Can be ridden without modifications to the sheet metal parts and with the standard tank
