Ignition -CASA LAMBRETTA DUCATI CASATRONIC electronic- Lambretta GP, DL.

The Casatronic is made by Ducati Energia since 2020 and has some first time and grund breaking features.

Main advantages:

• Incredibly easy to fit
• No setting of the ignition timing required

There are three different versions available that differ in flywheel weight and the pre-programmed ignition curve on the CDI unit:
• Standard: flywheel with fan: 2.5 kg
• Sport: flywheel with fan 2.1 kg
• Race: flywheel with fan: 1.3 kg

Despite the different flywheel weights each ignition coms with a specific CDI unit and different ignitions curves.
The standard CDI has these item numbers: SC CLX907 – Casa Lambretta X907 and on the back is the Ducati number 401135.
The sport CDI has these item numbers: SC CLX908 – Casa Lambretta X908 and on the back is the Ducati number 401136.
The race CDI has these item numbers: SC CLX909 – Casa Lambretta X909 and on the back is the Ducati number 401137.
Despite the very nice overall quality one big point is that there is no need to set-up the ignition. A feature that works. But to be 101 % sure you should strobe the engine after installation just for the ease up of your mind.
