Intake manifold – for reed valve -MALOSSI 136cc MHR aluminium- Vespa V50, V90, SS50, SS90, PV125, ET3 – CS=35mm, inner=Ø30mm economico

With the 136cc MHR Malossi launches a completely new version of the popular Smallframe cylinder for PV, ET3, PK125, ETS. With considerably larger channels, a much more modern flushing system and made of coated aluminium, it provides good conditions for lasting top performance.

The cylinder can be operated either as a housing suction unit (rotary vane or diaphragm) or, by means of an optionally available diaphragm suction port, as a direct suction unit.

A new design of the suction port from Malossi is intended to prevent overlubrication in the idling range. The previous version for the grey cast iron cylinders tended to accumulate mixture as a real lake at the lowest point when idling. This made tuning over all rpm ranges quite difficult. This has been solved with the MHR version.

The intake manifold has a clear passage of Ø30mm. The outer connection width for the rubber is Ø35mm. This makes it ideal for a Dell’Orto PHBL28/30, VHST28, Mikuni TMX30, Keihin PWK28 or Polini 28/30mm carburettor.
