The pole wheel should therefore have an inner diameter of 106.4mm. Piaggio workshops used to center the coils on the ignition base plate with a special tool (13768/C, no longer available). If the clearance of 2/10mm cannot be achieved by offsetting the coils, the ignition base plate with mounted coils can be turned to 106mm on a lathe.
